The recent collaboration signed and dusted between The Haven, Ipoh and Germany’s The TUI BLUE represents endless possibilities to boost tourism in one of Ipoh’s Hidden Gem.

Tourism industry is one of Malaysia’s largest economic contributing factors, especially with established spots like Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang and Ipoh.

While the TUI BLUE has started propagating marketing and branding exercises, this collaboration would open gateway for European tourists to visit Ipoh. This is especially so for tourists from Germany and the European Union on the whole.

Unlike the rest of Peninsula Malaysia, Ipoh has the facilities of a capital city while maintaining the serenity of the sub urban atmosphere regardless one travels for the love of new gourmet or to enjoy Mother Nature at its best, Ipoh has it all. Even The Haven’s foundation is based on a natural grown rock formation which is part of the hotel.

In that sense, Ipoh Mayor Datuk Rumaizi Baharin @ Md Daud is spot on in steering Ipoh according to the principles of 4P – Product, Place, Price and Promotion.
